About Us

Women & Teens Pregnancy Center officially opened on June 15, 1988. We are an outreach of fundamental, baptistic churches to women who are pregnant or think they may be pregnant. Women & Teens, as a non-profit 501(c)3 corporation, is controlled by a board of directors who govern within the boundaries of the organization's statement of faith and by-laws. The board of directors is made up of laymen and women, as well as pastors, from independent, baptistic churches in Oakland and Macomb counties.

The center's statement of faith is purposefully conservative, fundamentalist, baptistic, and non-charismatic in nature. All advisors, employees, and board members are expected to adhere to this statement without reservations.

Mission Statement

To glorify God by providing to people affected by a crisis pregnancy physical, emotional, and spiritual assistance, leading them to salvation and/or fellowship with a Bible-believing local church.

Vision Statement

That the ministry be operated in an orderly, professional manner which displays the love of Christ as a spiritual organization, not a social agency.



Operating Principles:
1. Women & Teens is an outreach ministry of Jesus Christ through His church; therefore, Women & teens embodied in its volunteers, is committed to presenting the gospel of our Lord, both in word and deed, to women with crisis pregnancies. In order to fulfill this purpose, those who labor as Women & Teens volunteers are expected to know Christ as their Savior and Lord.
2. Women & Teens is committed to providing its clients with whatever forms of support are necessary so that the mothers may bring their babies to term.
3. Women & Teens is committed to aiding women who have decided to have their babies, through the provision of God's people and the community at large. This will enable them to face the future with hope and to plan constructively for themselves and their babies.
4. Women & Teens is committed to helping those who have had an abortion by introducing them to the healing grace of Jesus Christ.
5. Women & Teens presents the love of Christ through its ministry to those of any race, creed, color, national origin, age, or marital status.
6. Women & Teens never advises, provides, or refers for abortion or abortifacients.
7. Women & Teens is committed to creating an awareness of the needs of pregnant women and girls within the local community, because abortion compounds human need rather than resolves it.
8. Women & Teens does not provide contraceptive counseling or services, apart from counseling against the use of abortifacient contraceptives. Married women seeking contraceptive information will be urged to seek counsel together with their husbands from their pastor and physician.
